What material is the verification jig made out of?

For the Verification Jig for Full Arch Hybrid, what happens if it does not fit ? What are the next steps and additional cost ?

If a Verification Jig does not fit, that ussually means the Models, or Scans are inaccurate. 
New Models, or Scans need to be taken, and a new verification jig will need to be ordered.

i have an intraoral scan (medit 500) with anyridge/megagen scan bodies... what is my next step? future restoration will be some type of alien 8 restoration

You will need the DESS Megagen Scan Bodies 
We recommend ordering the Alien iBar HT instead, as the Alien 8 will soon be discontinued. 
For Full Arch Hybrid, you will need to order Multi-Unit Abutments, and place an MUA Scan Body on top.
